It has now been 60 days since I started stretching to achieve a perfect middle split. I did stretching every day. Although there were days when I only did light stretching, I never skipped a single day.
My Progress So Far
Looking back, my flexibility has definitely improved compared to Day 1.
But, when I compare my progress to Day 30, I honestly don’t see a significant difference.
This is the reality of flexibility training.
Progress can be slow, but what truly matters is that I can feel the difference in my body.
Day 1

Day 60

New Stretching Technique
My progress is slow, but I feel positive difference in my body.
From Day 52, I introduced a new technique to my routine to make it easier to visualize quantitative progress. I started placing a block under my hip while pressing my heels and hips against the wall. This method helps me guarantee that I stretch to the same depth every day. While the visual difference may not be obvious in the videos, I can definitely feel the improvement. Over time, I have noticed that the pressure on my legs is gradually decreasing. Either my muscles are adapting, or I’m simply getting used to the pain!
Changes and Adjustments
Since this is my day 60 milestone, I decided to change my video thumbnail. I selected the moment where my split was at its widest and deepest stretch I achieved during this period.
Moving Forward
This journey is far from over! Achieving a full middle split is a long-term goal, and I am committed to continuing my daily stretches. Even though progress might be slow, I believe that every small improvement brings me to the PERFECT MIDDLE SPLIT.
Thank you to all my YouTube viewers and blog readers for your support and encouragement! Your comments and engagement keep me motivated on this journey. See you in the next update!
